As a qualified psychologist, Stephanie provides her expertise on all-things holidaying, well-being, stress, psychopathology and psychology related. The HP is an avid writer and contributor to various media outlets.

In her day job (see more at Stephanielau.com.au), Stephanie works closely with individuals across the lifespan (little people, teens, adults, families) and is an Educational & Developmental Psychologist. Stephanie provides therapy and assessments in a range of areas, including: parenting, Autism, Developmental Disabilities, Anxiety, career coaching, relationship problems (just to name a few).
Her passions lie in the PREVENTION of ill health, not cure. The HP and HOLIDAYING is an extension of this passion for well-being and preventative action.
